From time to time, I will also highlight other items from my collection of South Georgia materials, and while the circa 1960 truck stop pictured above might not fit entirely into the spirit of this site, I'm attempting to present as wide a range of nostalgia as possible. Many will remember passing through on US Highway 129, stopping at such establishments in bygone days. This facility has now been demolished.
